Setting up the most fascinating her on the Omotesando street.
She keeps history, dignity, and community, and wears RUNWAY which involves the hottest fashion trend. She, wearing RUNWAY, will become a landmark of Omotesando and Tokyo city. Even people on the Tokyo Tower would be able to sense the gorgeous body of her.

Fashion models and visitors walking on the RUNWAY naturally form her facade. Everyone in and out of the building can be sympathized with their styles and trends through the facade. Between the two RUNWAYs open in the building, fashion show for the limited audience would be held on the Higher-RUNWAY. VIP Audiences may watch the show with beautiful nightscape of the Tokyo city for background. Lower-RUNWAY’s role with the vertical circulation for exhibiting sequence, exhibit-visitor would walk the ramp which surrounded white-curtain walls and view of sky, so that they may fantasize becoming a fashion model.

There are three program sections in the Building; Exhibition, Japanese Garden, Show area. Programs are enveloped by two spiral RUNWAYs. Exhibition Circulation starts at the 11th floor, and descend the lower-RUNWAY. There are nine different exhibition rooms on the way to the ground level. Audience may directly reach seats at the 17-18th floor for the Fashion show. They appreciate Fashion model descending the Higher-RUNWAY, and may greet each other on the collection floor. Japanese Garden which has very fine view of Tokyo cityscape is located between lower and higher level programs, so that role as a buffer of two different functions.
